Pelicans at the Union Slough National Wildlife Refuge.

 They can be so graceful in flight and at other times look so clumsy.  I got a chuckle out of the last one in this set. It looks like the Pelican is scratching an itch while flying. (Click an image to see them larger in a slide show.)
